Important Booking Terms, Cancellation Policy & Massage Guidelines for All Clients
Thank you for choosing Range and Restore Sports Massage. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take a moment to read and understand our Terms and Conditions.
Appointments & Booking
- All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by phone.
- Appointments are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for a relaxed start.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session fee.
- No-shows or cancellations under 6 hours will be charged 100% of the fee.
- Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.
- The full session fee still applies.
Payments & Offers
- Payments can be made online during booking or at the clinic by card or cash.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
Health & Medical Conditions
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or medication before your session.
- If you’re unsure whether massage is suitable for you, speak with your GP or healthcare provider first.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.
Hygiene & Professional Conduct
- Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene.
- We maintain strict cleanliness and use fresh, sanitised linens for each session.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being terminated immediately, and full payment will still be required.
Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Packages or promotions must be used within the stated period and are non-refundable.
