About the Suite

More than a sports massage clinic

The private sauna room sits at the quiet back of the clinic at 130 Junction Road, with its own shower. It is yours alone for the length of your session.

Alongside the hands-on sports and soft tissue work our team offers, the Recovery Suite adds two pieces of recovery kit. A two person hybrid infrared sauna, which you can book on its own or after a massage, in a private Recovery Room with its own shower. And a Normatec 3 Full Body compression system for the legs, hips and arms, used as the last 30 minutes of our 90-minute Sports Massage + Normatec package.

FAQs

Do I need to be an existing client to use the Recovery Suite?

No. The sauna is open to anyone, and you don't need to have had a sports massage with us to book a session. Normatec compression is different: it is only available as part of our 90-minute Sports Massage + Normatec package (£110).

Can I bring a guest into the sauna?

Yes. The sauna fits two people comfortably and every session is private, so you're welcome to bring a partner, training mate or friend along. The price is per session, not per person. Just mention it when you book.

How do I book a sauna and a massage together?

Book your massage, then a sauna session straight after it. If you'd like help lining the two up, call or message us and we'll arrange it. After any massage you can also ask on the day for a 45-minute sauna for £10 (usually £19). The Sports Massage + Normatec package (£110) is booked online as one appointment.

What should I bring with me?

Just yourself. Towels, water and everything else you need is provided. Wear or bring loose, comfortable kit if you're combining your session with massage.
